Deposits & Invoices

To secure your booking we do ask for a booking fee in the form of a 50% non-refundable deposit. Because our sessions do fill up fast, we can not guarantee times and dates until the deposit is paid.  We generally ask for the deposit within 48 hours of you making a booking with us to secure your preferred date and time.  For sessions of a limited number (such as Christmas sessions) we do ask for payment in full when booking.

We will email you an tax invoice once a booking is made which gives you a variety of ways to pay your deposit.  You may bank transfer direct into our account, or via the Paypal link on the invoice.  With Paypal, you can pay using either a Paypal account or a credit card. You may use Paypal to pay by credit card even if you do not have a paypal account as you may enter as a guest.

As sessions fill up fast, if a deposit is not made within 48 hours of booking your shoot, we reserve the right to cancel your booking without notice unless alternative arrangements have been made.

Although the deposit is non-refundable, as a Mum I do understand that children get sick, emergencies happen in our lives, and sometimes you will not be able to make a booked session.  If a minimum of 24 hours notice is given, then the deposit can be used towards a shoot at a resheduled date.

Due to set up costs, arranging babysitters and being unable to book in other clients, we are unable to tranfer the deposit to another session if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Once a session has taken place, the remaining balance is payable on the day (we do have eftpos facilities available).  If the balance is not paid on the day of the session, we will not undertake any editing of the photos until the payment has been received.  This will cause a delay in you receiving  your photos.

Where a balance remains unpaid more than 30 days after the shoot, the photo files will be deleted. Under no circumstances will any deposit paid be refunded.
